START AT THE BEGINNING… • HOW DOES MY GYMNAST QUALIFY TO STATES? • LEVELS 1-3, XCEL – TWO SANCTIONED QUALIFIERS  STATES • LEVELS 4-10 – SANCTIONED QUALIFIER  SECTIONAL STATES • CAN I USE OUT OF STATE MEETS TO QUALIFY? • YES! • NEED COPY OF OFFICIAL MEET RESULTS • NEED COPY OF THE SANCTION • SEND TO LEVEL REP

  5. FEES PRE-SECTIONAL ENTRY FEES: $36.00 compulsory/Xcel $40.00 optional GATE FEES: $4.00 adults $3.00 students/seniors

  6. FEES THEME ENTRY FEES: $55.00 compulsory/Xcel $60.00 optional GATE FEES: $5.00 adults $3.00 students/seniors

  7. FEES STATE SPONSORED SECTIONAL ENTRY FEES: $40.00 no team fee GATE FEES: $4.00 adults $3.00 students/seniors

  8. FEES STATE CHAMPIONSHIP / STATE CUP ENTRY FEES: LEVEL 1-2, Xcel $50.00 LEVELS 3-10 $60.00 TEAM FEE $35.00 (4+ scores Levels 4-5) GATE FEES: Levels 1-7, Xcel $7.00 / $5.00 Levels 8-10 $10.00 / $7.00

How do I register for a state sponsored sectional or state meet? • Form provided at www.massusag.com • Email entry form to Michele Archer and appropriate level rep (one form per level) • Mail a check for full payment to Michele Archer – please do NOT mail entry form, please list which meet paying for on the memo line of your check. • Incomplete entries or entries not completed in the correct format will be returned and club will be held responsible for any late fees incurred.

How do I register for an invitational as sectional? • Invitational as sectional form is posted at www.massusag.com • Submit form via email to meet director of the invitational as well as committee.massusag@gmail.com no later than the Monday preceding the Invitational • Send check for $5.00 per gymnast (payable to Mass USAG) to Michele Archer. Must be postmarked by the Monday preceding the Invitational

  13. Proof of membership • Current USA Gymnastics Card OR membership printout from USA Gymnastics • Photo Identification • Reminder – if your U100 has not been completed, even though your membership may say “active”, you are not eligible to be on the floor coaching at a sanctioned competition
