Reduce length of Incident Timeline IntegratedIncident Management A key component of this project is the interaction and enhancement of existing Incident Management Systems (IMS) in order to facilitate faster emergency and incident response. This is to be achieved by improving the lines of communication, and the speed and efficiency of notification, between the incident location and the IMS. Incident happens + Traffic flow disrupted Dispatch Incident reported Responders on scene Responders leave scene Traffic flow back to normal Every second counts!
