  3. M ore than 15,000 cherokee people were removed by the u.s army • The government gave them land in oklahoma • Nearly 4,000 cherokee died of starvation, • Exposure and disease.

  4. They won in the supreme court and then andrewjackson denied the supreme court • The cherokees walked on the nu nahi-dio-hi-ior -trail where they cried. • more than 15oo were forced to move
