Reducing Usage of Artificial Lighting/Ventilation by adapting to Solar Passive Architectural Design Techniques Using Building Materials like Fly Ash Bricks, Gypsum Sheets etc Made out of Industrial Waste. BUILDING SPECIFICATIONS Reinforced Cement Concrete structure Fly ash brick masonry construction Metal frames and flush shutters Aluminum windows/ventilators with tinted/reflected glass Ceramic/vitrified tiles flooring for officers and graphite flooring for labs Internal walls with plastic emulsion and oil bound distemper paints.External walls with combination of girths and textured finishes Electrical, sanitary items with ISI mark.
