People @ Upgrade are professionals who help you as much as possible in understanding your work’ ‘I thought it was good then they handed out handouts that you can use whist doing the work’ ‘When I first attended Upgrade I was only achieving a Grade C but now I am a Grade B+ which I know will even get better with the help of Upgrade’
