  1. The Most Common Applications of Laser Cutting Laser technology is most commonly used in every other industry right now. The wide laser applied firms are the aerospace, automotive, electronics, semiconductor, and medical sectors. The quality and design are perfect when compared to manual processing. Recently even the architectural designing uses laser technology along with Cad software. The different types of laser cutting applications are Metal Laser cutting, Silicon Laser cutting, Laser Making, and Laser engravings.

  2. Basically, laser cutting company is used in steel, aluminum, nickel, and brass materials. The finishing is smooth and clear with lasers irrespective of the material thickness or sizes. Hydro formed metal parts supporting engine frames. Silicon cutting industry uses lasers to cut and shape according to the size requirements by the clients. Devices such as mobile phones, computer are all framed with laser technology The use of laser cutting services are enormous and one among it is less manpower required, but produces greater efficiency and variety of designed works. Follows the exact design that is once drawn in the application, the tools cut as per the given structure and design. The following are the beneficiaries in using lasers: 1. Excellent cutting speed 2. Increased efficiency 3. Greater types of materials used 4. The tools replace the traditional hand machines producing excellent output. 5. The heat affected area while cutting is less

  3. 6. Deformation in sheet is smaller 7. The utilization rate is a higher while, the cutting seam is smaller 8. The incision shows no mechanical stress. 9. The shear burr is not required 10. Accuracy is perfect 11. Repeatability is 100% replicable 12. No damage is caused to the plate surface 13. Programming in the CNC machine is easier 14. Open mold is not required 15. Time-saving 16. Most economic 17. Vaporization is lesser 18. Reduced oxygen requirement 19. Reduced scribing and rupture control 20. Reduced melting The high energy density with the laser beam is used to produce heat to work on the metal. The rapid increase in temperature might reach the boiling point in a very shorter period and this turns the material to vaporize and form steam. When the steam is spewed, the incision is made. The cutting of material is carried out by melting and laser heating. The non-oxidized gas such as Ar, He, N2 is used as a spray in the same axis with a beam over the nozzle where the liquefied metal emits heavy pressure forming an incision. This fusion requires vaporization of metal at 1/10th of energy utilization. The rupturing and scribing control works by using pressure the flowing material is incised on the groove itself. The rupturing technique is used in very minimal amount when compared to the others. Original Source:- Laser Cutting London
