Athletics & Sports LMS Athletics homepage Fall Cross Country (Boys & Girls) Volleyball (Girls) Winter Basketball (Boys & Girls) Wrestling (Boys & Girls) Cheerleading (Boys & Girls) Spring Track (Boys & Girls) Soccer (Boys & Girls) Volleyball (Boys) All students are required to have a physical on file in order to participate in any school sponsored sport. Lewis will hold a physical night in the fall. Online registration is done through Family ID.

  16. Stay connected with your child in middle school: • Lunch with your kid (2nd Tuesday of every month) Dell PTO • Become a certified volunteer (for chaperoning field trips and school activities) • Sign up for the bulletin so you know what is happening at LMS!

  17. Next steps with registration • Fill out the registration form with your student • SIGN registration form • Return to 5th grade teachers by FRIDAY, February 8th • Summer Mailing with orientation date - week before school • 6th grade orientation - Friday, August 9th; 8am-12pm
