Methodology • Developed survey • Distributed via email to IT managers and workers • Managers: 391 respondents, 348 completes • Workers: 299 respondents, 238 completes • 32 skills/traits ranked in terms of importance for new hires • Additional items for demographics and characteristics of respondents organization
