As Landlords allow renter's to use their precious Rental Property on behalf of trust in exchange for rent, in same manner renter's should be loyal to landlord and never hide anything from them whether it relates to moving in someone, plumbing issues, etc. because if in case you caught faulty you can lose your security deposit or have to pay some penalties or move out from rental property. So there are some secrets that should not hide from landlords.

But many times landlords will not allow pets or they have their own policy related to moving with a pet. If you will not get permission to enter the path to their rental property and your landlord know this from unknown source then you get big disaster, you may even lead to eviction, or pay some heavy penalties. So it is better to inform to your landlord about your pet and get relax. You might pay some higher rent or add some extra charge or pet deposit, but it is not higher than your pet. 2 2. .A AD DD DI IN NG G R RO OO OM Most of the landlords conduct screen test to check renter’s backgrounds. If you allow roommates after signing your lease or agreement, this will bring a big disaster and may lead to eviction or penalties on you. Before adding roommate you should know the terms and conditions. But before this you ensure that your landlord will agree to add roommate or an extra person. As a landlord, you should follow the screening process before getting a renter may he/she evicted by previous landlord or a criminal, a caring person who will not take care of rental property. 3 3. .P PL LU UM Plumbing issues will happen once in a while when you are on rent. You should never ignore it and use another bathroom, you have to tell this issue to your landlord. When plumbing issues occur renters will avoid to fix the issues and don't want to pay an extra amount to plumber. They will do it on their own risk, sometimes they will succeed and sometimes create a major disaster. But mostly renters forget that these issues are handled by landlords and they take care of each & everything. Landlords will allocate home for rent to renter's who take care MA AT TE ES S MM MB BI IN NG G I IS SS SU UE ES S

So whenever these kinds of problems occur, contact to landlord whether the problem is minor or major. 4 4. .W Water stain looks like a minor issue, but it didn't take time to convert in major once. When water stains appear on ceilings it means there is a leakage on the roof, which allow water to enter slightly. Water can easily damage framework, insulation or wiring which causes a major problem and if there is a rainy season then you need to contact landlord as soon as possible and ask them to fix the problem soon. 5 5. .L LO OS ST T Y YO OU UR R K KE EY Y This is the girth that a landlord will charge for lost keys, but charges are not so high that you can't afford. It is a minimal amount that you can pay easily. If you are worried that someone found your key and use it to enter in home rental, then you should change the lock which comes with a little higher than lost key penalty and handover the other key to the landlord.
