  2. WHAT IS URINE INCONTINENCE? Urinary incontinence is commonly known as loss of bladder control, it is a very frustrating problem for millions of people. You can suffer from urinary incontinence at any stage of your life. It will affect your life from your work to exercise to your social life. It is a common problem among both men and women .

TYPES OF URINE INCONTINENCE There are mainly 5 types of urine incontinence. • Stress incontinence: The involuntary loss of urine due to increasing physical stress or abdominal pressure such as sneezing, laughing etc. • Urge incontinence: Losing considerable amount of urine without any apparent reason after feeling sudden need to urinate.
