According to the statistics report we found that every 10th child out of hundred has an asthma issue at an early stage. And due to this reason parents are stressed about their child’s swimming activity? Swimming and children with Asthma:-There are benefits of children swimming with Asthma problem. Swimming has been recommended as best exercise for children with Asthma. It is believed that breathing in warm moist air rather than cold dry air may reduce the risk of –induced bronchoconstriction. Swimming creates a comfortable environment for a child with asthma. It builds confidence, develop muscles, and expand lungs and the capacity of controlling breathe.
