  2. S4-S5 Curriculum • A further study of the junior course of Art and Design . There are three learning domains : * Visual arts knowledge - study of visual language. * Visual arts appreciation and criticism - study of visual arts in the social ,cultural and historical contexts. * Visual arts making - production of painting, design etc.

  3. 2005 HKCE examination syllabus • Part 1 (35%) - Paper 1 Figure Drawing or Paper 2 Plant Drawing • Part 2 (35%) - Paper 3 Painting or Paper 4 Graphic Design • Part 3 (30%) - Portfolio of 4 pieces of art work

  4. Requirements • Term average of B- or above • Great interest in art or design • Creative and observant • Good in basic drawing

  5. Allocation of time per week • S4 - 1 single period + a triple lesson • S5 - 1 single period + an afternoon of 4 working hours (required to work after school ).

  6. Further study andcareer prospect • Art creation • Art administration • Art education • Design ( Interior design, Fashion design, Digital communication etc.)
