  1. Virtual Divorce Mediator

  2. VideoSettle.com was founded by Brian Karpf, Esq., of Young, Berman, Karpf & Gonzalez, P.A. Mr. Karpf is Board Certified in Marital and Family Law by the Florida Bar.  Less than 1% of lawyers in Florida hold this credential.  He is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator.

  3. We sought to combine our passion for helping families involved in legal disputes along with an extensive background in technology (Brian Karpf is past Chairman of the ABA Family Law Section’s Technology Committee and of the Florida Bar YLD Board of Governors Technology Committee). With Courts becoming more and more backlogged with cases, and the great expense that litigation brings with it, mediation allows parties more quickly resolve disputes while usually saving significant sums of monies in legal fees and costs.

  4. And then along came the Coronavirus, or COVID-19, which brought with it necessary “social distancing,” closing of offices and various court systems. For how long that lasts, nobody knows. Virtual Divorce Mediator

  5. VideoSettle.com was born to address that very issue. Now, you can mediate disputes online from the comfort of your home, office, or anywhere with an internet connection (even just cell phone service!). For example, now you need not wait for your divorce case to resume or the courts to re-open; you can instead participate in online divorce mediation and virtual family law dispute resolution to keep your case moving forward in the right direction.
