VIJAYA Kisan Card Scheme Salient Features: ○ Repetitive documentation is avoided for every year. ○ This scheme is valid for 5 years. ○ Can be withdrawn via ATM enabled RuPay Kisan card/BCA locations. ● Eligibility: ○ All farmers/ tenant farmers/ Oral lessees/ SHG/ JLG of farmers/ Companies/ Partnership Firms/ HUFs ○ Borrower should not be a defaulter with any other Banks/ Financial Institutions ● Rate of Interest: In case of non interest subvention scheme, ROI range from 10.20% to 12.20% ● Repayment: Crop proceeding needs to be credited to the account & account will be reviewed annually. ● Note : MCLR 1 Year presently at 9.45% ●

VIJAYA Planters Card Salient Features: ○ Repetitive documentation is avoided for every year. ○ This scheme is valid for 5 years. ○ Can be withdrawn via ATM enabled RuPay Kisan card/BCA locations. ○ Meets short term credit requirement of coffee planters, even covers post-harvest requirements, which covers household and farm assets maintenance expenses ● Eligibility: ○ All farmers/ tenant farmers/ Oral lessees/ SHG/ JLG of farmers/ Companies/ Partnership Firms/ HUFs ○ Borrower should not be a defaulter with any other Banks/ Financial Institutions ● Rate of Interest: In case of non interest subvention scheme, ROI ranges from 10.20% to 12.20% ● Repayment: Crop proceeding needs to be credited to the account & account will be reviewed annually. ●

VIJAYA KISAN TATKAL SCHEME Salient Features & Eligibility: ○ Instant credit facility to existing VIJAYA KISAN CARD holders (who have a satisfactory track record for 2 years) who need to meet urgent financial requirements for domestic purposes. ○ 50% of existing VKC limit or 25% of annual income, whichever is lower, with a maximum limit of Rs.50000/- ● agriculture and Rate +0.75%=10.20% of Interest: MCLR 1 Year ● Repayment: In installments within 3 - 5 years. ●

VIJAYA KRISHI MITHRA Salient Features: single term loan for multiple credit requirements of farmers like Land Development, Minor Irrigation, Allied activities and other Agri-related activities. ● Eligibility: Individual/Group of farmers and JLGs/SHGs engaged in Agriculture and other such allied activities. ● Repayment: yearly/ yearly installments in 5-9 years with a moratorium months. FARM HOUSE CONSTRUCTION SCHEME Salient Features: ○ This scheme can be used for repairing of an existing farm house. ○ Construction of farm house and other structures in agriculture land. ● Eligibility: Individual farmers and spouse to join as co-borrower. ● Rate of Interest: MCLR 1 Year + 0.25 % pa. (Floating). ● Repayment: ○ Within 15 years with a moratorium of 12 months for construction purpose. ○ Within 5 years for repair purpose. ●

SCHEME FOR AGRICULTURAL LAND PURCHASE Salient Features: This scheme is for purchase of agricultural land/fallow and waste lands by small and marginal farmers and to develop and cultivate agriculture for sustainable livelihood. ● Eligibility: ○ Individual farmers (Small and Marginal) / share croppers/ tenant farmers. ○ Applicant should dealings ○ Land to be purchased should be within the ceiling norms applicable for Small/Marginal farmer. ● have satisfactory past Repayment: Half yearly/yearly installments within 7 to 10 years with a maximum moratorium period of 24 months. ●

SCHEME FOR FINANCING FARMERS AGAINST WAREHOUSE RECEIPT Salient Features: Financing farmers against pledge of their farm produce which is covered under the Warehouse Receipts (WRs) issued by Central, State warehouses and warehouses of Co-operative Societies registered with WDRA. ● Eligibility: SHGs / JLGs of farmers or Individual farmers. ● Rate of Interest: Ranging from 9.60% to 10.65% based on the loan slab. ● Repayment: Within 12 months from the date of disbursement/ the due date mentioned in the warehouse receipt or the normal shelf life of the commodity, whichever is earlier. ●

  12. SCHEME FOR FINANCING FOOD AND AGRO PROCESSING UNITS Purpose: ○ ○ ● Financing the purchase of new Food & Agro Processing units. Credit for expansion/ renovation/ improvement in product quality of existing Food & Agro Processing units. modernization/ increased efficiency/ Eligibility: ○ Entities which are promoted by the State Governments. ○ Individuals, Proprietor/Partnership concerns, Corporate companies etc.. ● Rate of Interest: Ranging from 11.15% to 11.65% p.a. ● Repayment: Within 7 years with Moratorium period of one year which can go up to 2 years depending upon the nature of the project. ●

AGRI CLINIC AND AGRI BUSINESS CENTRE Salient Features: To create self-employment opportunities to unemployed Graduates, Diploma holders, and other Agri- related courses. ● Agricultural Eligibility: Person has to be a graduate in Agriculture or allied subjects. ● Repayment: moratorium up to 2 years. SCHEME FOR RURAL GODOWNS OR COLD STORAGES Salient Features: ○ For creating scientific storage capacity in rural areas for storing farm produce, processed farm products, agricultural inputs. ○ To avoid distress sale by farmers immediately after harvesting. ○ To strengthen marketing infrastructure & promote pledge financing in India. ● Eligibility: Individual farmers, Group of farmers/Growers, Partnership/Proprietary firms, Non-Government organizations (NGOs), Self Help Groups (SHGs), Companies, Co-operatives, Federations, Agricultural Produce Marketing Committees (APMCs), Marketing Boards and Agro Processing Corporations. ● Rate of Interest: Ranging from 10.20% pa to 11.20% pa ● Repayment: Within 11 years with a moratorium up to 1- 2 years. ●

  15. SCHEME FOR FINANCING RUBBER PLANTATIONS Salient establishment and management of rubber plantations. Features: Credit facility for the ● Eligibility: All the farmers. ● Repayment: Within 13 years with moratorium period of 6 years. ●

TERM LOANS FOR MINOR IRRIGATION Purpose: Financing for ○ irrigation pump sets/oil engines and installation of Solar pumps ○ Digging of new wells, deepening of existing wells, sprinkler units/ Drip irrigation units/ lift irrigation projects in river basins, construction of percolation ponds, laying of irrigation channels etc.. ● Eligibility: Federation of Co-operatives/JLG/SHG of farmers. Individual farmers, Companies/Partnership Firms/ Co-operatives, ● Repayment: ○ Bore wells: 11-15 years with 23 months grace period ○ Pump set : 9 years with 11 months grace period ○ Sprinkler / Drip Irrigation :10-15 years with 11 months grace period. ●

TERM LOANS FOR LAND DEVELOPMENT Purpose: Financing for ○ Creation of bunds for protecting farm lands from soil erosion. ○ Converting dry lands into irrigable and cultivable lands. ○ Levelling uneven sloppy and undulating lands. ● Eligibility: All individual farmers/ corporate companies/Partnership firms/ Co-operatives, Federation of Co-operatives/ SHGs/ JLGs/ tenant or lease holding farmers. ● Repayment: Within 5-7 years with initial moratorium period ranging from 6 months to 1 year ●

TERM LOANS FOR HORTICULTURE DEVELOPMENT Salient Features: Providing finance to farmers to establish new orchards, nurseries and also the maintenance of the existing gardens. ● gardens and Eligibility: companies/Partnership/Proprietorship Co-operatives, Federation of Co-operatives of farmers/ SHG/JLG of farmers. SCHEME FOR FINANCING ANIMAL HUSBANDRY Salient Features: Finance options to meet the working capital requirement & expenditure for running Dairy, Piggery, poultry, Goat/sheep rearing, fisheries and sericulture. ● Eligibility: Individual farmers/ Companies/ Cooperatives of farmers/ Proprietorship firms/ SHG/ JLG of farmers. ● Partnership/ Finance amount: 75-85% of the project cost ● Repayment: ○ Dairy : 4-5 years ○ Poultry/Goat/Sheep/Fishery/Piggery/Ser iculture : 3-7 years ●

DEBT SWAP SCHEME FOR DISTRESSED FARMERS Purpose: Financial assistance to distressed farmers who need to clear their dues with non-institutional lenders such as Private Money Lenders, MFI etc.. ● Eligibility: ○ Tenant farmers/ Sharecroppers provided they are members of SHG JLG. ○ All individual farmers who are in distress due to indebtedness to Non institutional lenders. ● Rate of Interest: MCLR 1 Year +0.20 = 9.65% and no processing charges. ● Repayment: Within 7 years in monthly / quarterly / half yearly / yearly instalments with suitable moratorium period of 6 to 12 months. ●

SCHEME FOR FINANCING DISTRESSED PERSONS OTHER THAN FARMERS Purpose & Eligibility: Credit assistance to the distressed persons (other than farmers ) i.e Micro entrepreneurs who are indebted to non- institutional lenders. ● Rate of Interest: MCLR 1 Year +0.20 = 9.65% and no processing charges ● Repayment: instalments, with suitable moratorium period of 6 months Within 7 years in monthly ●
