  1. Improving Borrower Pull Through Rate The mortgage industry is as competitive as ever. The good news is that for the last few months, lenders have been processing some consistently high volumes. Having said that, the real winners are the technology-enabled lenders who are leveraging technology to get the most from the applications that they are processing.
