  1. Methodology of the working groups

  2. Introduction • Firstly, each of the three sessions should be introduced by a short description on the state of the art for each topic • Secondly, the experts should explain why the three themes have been chosen and why they are a priority issue for the country

  3. Debate • Within each working group, the debate should lead to a SWOT analysis: • For each topic, participants should communicate to the facilitator the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats • The facilitator will then jointly elaborate a sentence on which consensus will be found • Such elaborated inputs will be displayed using a board and stickers (post-it) for debate

  4. Results and Wrap Up • The outcomes of such analysis and debate will lead to the following session: • Working groups results presentation & wrap up • WGs facilitators & rapporteurs of each working group will resume results & wrap up (10 minutes each)
