Emotional Wellness Education – Current Vehicles HRD Classes – Emotional Wellness at Work Series Breaking Free From Stress - 717 registered participants* Navigating Life Effectively - 60 registered participants* (offered since Feb 2009 – 1x per semester) Effective Leadership in Stressful Times - 89 registered participants * (only offered Jan 2004-April 2006) Getting out of the Struggle Trap - # of registered participants not yet known * * Does not include guests: faculty, spartners, others

Emotional Wellness Education – Current VehiclesDepartmental Services Emotional Wellness Departmental Services • Focus is on the emotional health of each individual member of the team • Teaches universal principles and concepts that apply to all people in all teams • Reducing individual stress/distress and improving individual functioning is the target goal • Improving team relationships/mission effectiveness is a natural by-product of the work, not the intent of the work • Not intended for the facilitation process to address systemic issues, but to enable team members to creatively move towards wise, positive systems change Organizational Development • Focus is the team/organization • Addresses content areas specific to a given team: relationship, resources, mission effectiveness, etc. • Focuses on improving or repairing specific relationships on a specific team: trust building, team building • Focuses on changing the system surrounding the members of that specific team

Emotional Wellness Education – Departmental ServicesSample Programs - formats • Staff Meeting Presentations – less than 30 minutes • Staff Meeting workshops – hour or less • Staff Retreats – one day events • Department Based Training Program – multiple contacts with same team over time • Keynote presentations – part of a conference or large Departmental meeting
