    7. In India there are 29 varieties of Soybeans in seed chain and all of them are Non-GMO.

GM REGULATORY ASPECTS IN INDIA The task force on Biodiversity and Genetically Modified Organism in eleventh five year plan (2007-2012) forth environment and forest has recommended for “ No further GM crop commercialization before a legally enforceable regime for liability and redress” has been put in place . The Supreme Court of India also imposed a ban on all the field trials of Genetically Modified Crops in the Country in its judgement Dated 22 Sept-2006.

    9. RSIL sources Soy beans from all over India. All agricultural produce has to be purchased through auction in mandis. Mandis are the Government owned auction places. RSIL has its representatives in each mandi to purchase Soybeans.

    14. NON GMO SAMPLING AND TESTING PROTOCOL Daily analysis of Soybeans by Strip test on randomly selected lorry of Soybeans. PCR analysis of average sample of Soybeans processed . PCR analysis of Lecithin (one sample every batch of 22 MT).

    16. ANNUAL EXPORTS OF SOYA PRODUCTS Soy bean Meal --- Over 900,000 MT Soy Lecithin --- 3, 500 MT Soy Flour --- 10,000 MT Defatted Soy Flakes --- 15,000 MT Which is over 32% of total Soya products export from India.

    17. RUCHI'S PRESENCE IN EUROPEAN MARKET Ruchi started Export of Non GMO Lecithin in European Market in the year 1999. As on today Ruchi is Exporting ~ 2000MT Non GMO Soy Lecithin and Defatted Soy Flour in Europe. Our Non GMO products are approved by big multinational companies like:- Nestle, Marse Food etc.
