Analysis of a Radiologist What Do They Do? • Radiologists prescribe treatment through examination, medical history, and interpretation of diagnostic tests. • Radiologist use images and compare them with other examinations and tests. • If needed they can recommend other treatments and examinations.

  3. Analysis of a Radiologist What Do They Do? • Sometimes they consult with other physicians about their findings or their inquiries. • **A radiologist has very irregular hours, working up to 18 hours a day sometimes.**

  4. Analysis of a Radiologist College • It takes many years of schooling to become a radiologist. • Typically it is 4 years of undergraduate school, 4 years of medical school, and 3 to 8 years of internship or residency.
