Description • An online, first-choice tool for: • The public • Tulsa health care providers • Tulsa area agencies • Philanthropic institutions • Volunteers • Providing community service agencies the opportunity to promote their services, contact information, hours of operation, volunteer opportunities, etc.

Scope Connecting people to agencies, agencies to people, and to each other… People can: • Find Tulsa community help and health resources • Discover community events through online calendar • Locate volunteer and philanthropic opportunities by interest or skillset Agencies can: • Promote their services to the community and to other agencies • Share their stories • Calendar and collaborate with other agencies AHHAtulsa.org is a social network for improving the health of the Tulsa community.

  4. Search Engine • Everyone will be able to search by diagnoses, treatments, testing, medications, referrals, needs, locations, and/or agencies. • Health care providers will be able to search and match the needs of the patient with available services in their geographic area. • Calendar function to show monthly events for both volunteers and the public.

  5. Benefit: Provides easy access and promotion for anyone seeking information of health and social agencies and helps eliminate the overlap of time, money, and effort of these agencies. • Return on investment: For less than the cost of one social worker for one year we can electronically connect all Tulsa health and social services agencies.
