Proposed Activities • Emphasize in Strategic Plan need to recruit “transformational” faculty as well as grow and nurture existing faculty • Senior Recruits responsible to: • Mentor and Grow the Faculty & Program. • Money needed to support them. • A Survey should be created for: • Why Good Faculty left USC? • Why Faculty decide to come to and stay at USC?
