  14. The Pack vs. Den • A Den is 6 to 10 Scouts plus Parents • Den Levels • Tiger Cub – 1st Graders • Wolf Cub – 2nd Graders • Bear Cub – 3rd Graders • Webelos I – 4th Graders • Webelos II – 5th Graders • A PACK is the collection of all the Dens.
