  4. Write these questions so you can answer them about each of the pictures. • What is happening? • If the situation involves a problem, could it have been avoided? How? • Predict what the person might be feeling. • What do these situations have in common? • How do you think you would feel if you experienced a similar situation? • In your opinion, prioritize these events from least stressful to most stressful.

  5. What are the situation that cause me stress? • What do I feel like (physically and emotionally) when these things happen? • What do I do to manage the stress when these things happen?
