  4. Email You should already know how to: • Reply • reply all • compose/new • forward • cc • bcc • delete • mark as spam • mark as unread • Turn on vacation response • Create a signature • Open and send attachments

  5. Email You will learn how to: • Create Categories/groups • Use the Calendar • Sort your inbox by name, subject, etc. • Create and use folders • Search your email

  6. Excel You should already know how to: • create spreadsheets • add borders • merge and center • use autosum • create headers and footers

  7. Excel You will learn: • Sequences • Averaging • Formulas • Changing number display • Changing the worksheet name • Charts (pie, line, bar, and column charts)

  8. Excel If we have time, you will also learn: • Conditional Formatting • Minimums and Maximums • Logical Formulas

  9. Access You will learn how to: • Input data • Find and edit records • Select records to print • Run Queries (with and without criteria) • Create Reports • Format reports* *If we have time.

  10. Windows You should already know how to: • Maximize and minimize windows • Switch between windows • Create folders and subfolders • Locate saved files/documents

  11. Windows You will learn to • Adjust the volume • Use mute • Zoom • Check the date • Identify drives on the computer • Use help • Use search to locate a file/document • Delete files or documents • Close a frozen program
