  6. List of Projects for 2014 1. Repairing lower pool drain pipes. 2. Replacing the sand filter in the upper pool.

  7. Facilities “We are replacing the sand filter in the upper pool and repairing the drain in the lower pool. No projects are planned for the courts this year.” Pools- Mike Murphy, VP Courts- Roger Liermann, Tres.

  11. Board Election “In 2013 the bylaws were amended to alternate terms of 2 years. Three board terms end on even years and four on odd years.” Nominees for election to the 2014 Board: Mike Murphy & Ralph Hallock Continuing Directors for 2014: Jim Lemm & Matt Hall Condo Designees to 2014 Board: Phase 3- Jeremy Roper, Phase 4- Roger Liermann and Phase 6- Jeff Cobb
