  2. Hello! My name is Mrs. Tong

  3. All about me! This is my second year teaching at RPE I graduated from the University of North Texas (go Mean Green!) I have been married for 22 years and we have 4 crazy kids and 2 dogs I love spending time with my family, reading, and doing craft projects!

  4. Block Schedule

  5. I will have your student for Math at the following time: Mrs. Tong’s class: 7:45 – 10:30 Mrs. Fassett’s class: 10:30 – 1:00 Mrs. Combs’ class: 1:00 – 2:30

  6. Homework

  7. Homework will be assigned on a weekly basis in the form of a Tic-Tac-Toe for each subject. For each subject, your student must choose one assignment to be completed and turned in by Friday.

  8. Panther Pages and Graded Work

  9. The Panther Pages folder is a way to write notes to me as well as check weekly conduct. A Graded Work folder will go home most Mondays. Keep the work, sign the folder, and return it on Tuesday.

  10. Conduct and Remind 101

  11. 3rd Grade will be using Class Dojo to record conduct. This is an online system that will allow you to receive specific notes about your child’s behavior. Remind101 is a FREE texting message service that will be used to send you quick updates. More info will be sent home about how to sign up for these two services.

  15. What to fill out before you leave: Please fill out the blue sheet letting me know how your child will be going home the first day of school. You may return the rest of the packet on Monday.
