  2. How to log-in: Username: exuser02 Password: Training02 02 is the station number (on your monitor)

  3. Prerequisites for Migration to Outlook • DO NOT access your e-mail at all during the training • You will not be able to access UCMail after the class • Personal email settings will not be migrated to Outlook. • Email filters will need to be recreated

  4. Local Mail – Migration to Outlook • You can still access your local mail using Netscape after the migration • When you login to Netscape, click on Cancel when it asks for a password • If you want to move your local mail to outlook, Please contact Computer Support to make an appointment

  5. Change your password • We use the same password for logging into our work pc, check email and for our timesheet • It is OK to change your password if it prompts you to do so at home or at work • Once you change the password, remember to use the new password when you log in to your pc next time, check email or work on the timesheet

  6. Outlook Web Access Go to webmail.umuc.edu Use the user name and the password that you use to log on to your pc Shared Folders can not be seen in OWA Note: Internet Explorer is recommended to access the web mail

  7. Creating Outlook Profile • When you go back to your workstation, you have to create your Outlook profile • If you are currently using Outlook please delete existing profiles and create a new one by following the steps in the link below Note: deleting the profile will not delete your e-mail Creating Outlook Profile

  8. Setup UMUC Directory • You also need to add UMUC Directory to your e-mail account • The steps are provided in the link below How to setup UMUC Directory
