  7. 4. Identify resources and set priorities

  8. 5. Plan pattern of Services and focus on prevention

  9. 6. Decide how to commission services efficiently

  10. 7. Commission – Including use of pooled resources

  11. 8. Plan for workforce and market development

  12. 9.Monitor and review services and processes

  13. Knowledge and awareness of the paperwork, how things work and what priorities are Knowledge of the people and where to find out where decisions are made                        

  14. = good connections, know who to call & where to find out more = basic awareness, heard of this before. Might be able to find out more with a bit of digging = no idea, HELP!
