  2. Objective • Provide a summary of the NCR’s identified from CB Witness Audits & CB Office Assessments conducted in the past 12 months.

  3. Goal • Provide knowledge/information to the AQMS auditor pool • Improve auditor/CB awareness & performance • Reduce repeat NCR’s • Increase value to the assessment process and the industry as a whole.
