  2. Emancipation Proclamation President Abraham Lincoln wrote the Emancipation Proclamation on January 1, 1863.

  3. Emancipation Proclamation Abraham Lincoln wrote the Emancipation Proclamation to free the slaves. He didn’t want any new territories to have slave plantations.

  4. Emancipation Proclamation It lead to the collapse of the Confederacy. It also disrupted the Agricultural Economies as slaves fled plantations.

  5. Emancipation Proclamation On the 22nd of September 1862 a second proclamation was issued.

  6. Emancipation Proclamation It also freed the slaves and let them join the Union army.

  7. Emancipation Proclamation The Emancipation Proclamation was very interesting and important to the future of our country.
