Rize Sanayi ve Ticaret Odası'nın kurumsal kapasitenin KOBİ’ lere ticareti arttırmak için verecekleri danışmanlık hizmeti konusunda geliştirilmesi, 1.2. Her iki Ticaret Odası üyeleri arasındaki ticaretin arttırılması. Proje, sektör olarak ticaret, diğer hizmetler ve sivil toplumun güçlendirilmesini seçmiştir. KOBİ Danışma Hizmetinin kapasite oluşumunun geliştirilmesi ve odalar arasında kurumsal ticari ilişkiler kurulması tema olarak seçilmiştir.

Proje uygulama ekibinin seçilmesi ve proje ekibi içerisindeki yönetim ve karar alma görevi de proje yöneticisi tarafından gerçekleştirilecek. Ayrıca projenin mali raporu dönemsel ve final raporunu hazırlama görevi de proje yöneticisinin koordinasyonu ve sorumluluğunda yürütülecektir. - Proje faaliyet planının takip edilmesi - Eğitim uygulamaları Pazar Araştırması,KOBi İletişim Ağı, değişimleri ve iş gölgeleme takibi - Oda Yönetiminin proje hakkında bilgilendirilmesi ve karar sürecinin takibi - Ara dönem, mali ve final raporların hazırlanması - MFİB ile iletişim

Devlet Hastanesi Başhekimi Prof. Dr Arif Yılmaz’ın konuşması akabinde Rize Valisi Zekeriya Şarbak konu ile ilgili konuşmasını yapmıştır.Ardından Proje Koordinatörü Zühre Kavuncuoğlu’nun sunumuyla projenin tanıtımı gerçekleşmiştir. Ardından Stockholm Ticaret Odası sunumunu yapmıştır. Başkanımız Ömer Bey’in proje ile ilgili açıklamasını yaparak toplantımız gerçekleşmiştir.

Stockholm Sanayi ve Ticaret Odası Mrs. Sophia Nygård Katılımıyla eğitim gerçekleştirilmiştir.

Oda işleyişi yönetim organizasyonu, yönetim birimleri ve görevleri hakkında bilgi alınıp farklı Birimlere Ziyaret, çalışma yöntemleri konusunda bilgi aktarımı yapılmıştır. Her iki oda arasında organizasyondaki denklikler ve farklılıklar ortaya koyulup AB mevzuatları konusunda görüşülmüştür.
