  1. Extension of Project SOS-TLM to 2012 • OBJECTIVES: • Present objectives to funders (TOTAL) for a two year extension of the project SOS-TLM to: • Take advantage of lessons learned to complete the implementation of the pilot system TLM in the country, extending the coverage of the network as a national neetwork of health centres with trained staff, informed users, ICT infrastructure and appropriate and innovative applications. • Extend and consolidate sustainable human infrastructure and resource to support the TLM system, in alignment with the requirement s of the Univ. Central de Venezuela, relevant government bodies, health providers, businesses, funders and users. • Implement strategies to ensure sustainability beyond the end of the pilot project.
