Submission of NOA (cont) • 33 CFR 160.212 time requirements • NOA changes • Information Required in an NOA • 33 CFR 160.206 • (6) Operational condition of equipment required by 33 CFR 164.35 (i.e. ARPA, Echo Depth Sounder, GPS, etc.) • submit request for deviation through CG Sector San Francisco Command Center: sfoscc@uscg.mil

Hazardous Conditions • Immediately contact nearest CG Sector office • Command Center (415) 399-3547 • Hazardous condition: any condition that may adversely affect the safety of any vessel, bridge, structure, or shore area or the environmental quality of any port, harbor, or navigable waterway of the United States. It may, but need not, involve collision, allusion, fire, explosion, grounding, leaking, damage, injury or illness of a person aboard, or manning-shortage.
