EXCEED™ IEP is the web based computer program that manages Dallas ISD’s special education compliance by documenting services, information and timelines. • EXCEED™ RTI is the web based computer program that manages Dallas ISD’s Response to Interventions process by administering, prescribing and documenting academic and behavior data for each intervention tier. What is EXCEED?

  3. EXCEED™ §504 is the web based computer program that manages Dallas ISD’s §504 process by documenting and tracking §504 accommodations. What is EXCEED?

  4. You may gain access to EXCEED by going to the Dallas ISD website and clicking on the staff tab on the Dallas ISD homepage. • Select Technology from the drop-down menu. • On the Technology login homepage select the EXCEED login hyperlink. EXCEED Access
