SDW / IPC Recap • Successful event overall: • Validated the Gaps • Developed new solution set • Prioritized the new solution set • Grouped solutions into focus areas • Defined approach to the experiment • Identified action items for solution refinement • Buy-in from Partners for way ahead UNCLASSIFIED

Process Documentation Event • Event was determined as “needed” at the SDW / IPC • Survey Questionnaire to be sent for review and feedback (14 MAR) • IMISAS team of 4 personnel to travel to USAFRICOM and observe / document crisis response processes (28-31 MAR) • Will establish the baseline standard for developing the “as is” practices and procedures UNCLASSIFIED

Solutions Refinement • Proposed Planning: • IMISAS team to send out refined list of solutions determined from the SDW • (16 MAR) • Solutions will be refined in coordination with Partners (08 APR) • Partners will approve final wording • (14 APR) • IMISAS team will present final list at the MPC (19 APR) UNCLASSIFIED

JFCOM J9 KDP Brief • Presently looking into best date early APR (4-11 APR) in order to provide information from Process Documentation Event • Assessment of project progress in meeting Warfighter Challenge, with key areas of focus: • Risk Management Plan • Project Management Plan • Analytic Framework • Design & Execution Plan • Training and OPSEC Plan • Partners will be invited to attend as done for KDP 3 (in-person or dial-in; information will be provided) UNCLASSIFIED

ACO Session Schedule • The IMISAS meeting schedule is: • 24 MAR - Partner ACO (see Note below) • 31 MAR - COI ACO • 07 APR – Partner ACO • Plan to publish schedule for MAY-JUN following MPC • NOTE: due to DST occurring CONUS 13 MAR, but not til 27 MAR for CET, beginning time for the 24 MAR ACO will remain 1000 EST, which will equate to 1500 CET UNCLASSIFIED
