  2. What you can eat for better Fingernails?

  3. Finger Nails For healthy fingernails there are foods that you can eat. Some Foods : Almonds Walnuts You can sprinkle half a handful of nuts over salad or stir-fry or mix into yogurt. This are some tasty snacks that can make you have good, strong, healthy fingernails.

  4. What can you eat for whiter teeth?

  5. White Teeth Getting white teeth can be tasty. You don’t have to brush your teeth for a hour or get some layers of you teeth of with the 2 Hour whitening strip. No you can have fun getting whiter teeth. Foods to Eat: Crunchy Crispy Fruits: apples, celery, and carrots. They lift stains off your teeth like a toothbrush. Chocolate coved strawberries. - There is not much evidence of this but people think it works. They say it would work because strawberries may promote whiter teeth. The chocolate can act as a antibacterial element. But it still has sugar so don’t indulge excessively.

  7. Healthy Skin Do you want healthy skin? I do. Here are some ways to get healthy skin. Some Foods: Low-fat dairy products. -They have Vitamin A. Blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, and plums. -They are all high in antioxidant content.

  9. Healthy Hair We all want healthy hair so here are some ways to get it. Some Foods: Salmon It has omega-3 fatty acids in it. Dark green Vegetables. It has Vitamin A and C. Beans - They have Ample iron, zinc, and Biotin.

  11. Sleep This are some things that you don’t want to have before you go to sleep. Don’t want: Don’t drink coffee before bed. Don’t be hungry. No alcohol at all.

  13. Eyesight No one every really wants glasses. You don’t need them if you know what to eat. Some Foods: Carrots Nutrients Such as Vitamin C, omega-3 oils. Key plant molecules.

  14. What can you eat for better hearing?

  15. Hearing I have terrible hearing so I'm going to try to use this. It may be very helpful. I just loving eating and getting better hearing. Some Foods: Vegetables such as broccoli and spinach -Foods that you eat should contain Vitamin E and Vitamin B12. Red Meat- Steak and burgers.
