  2. Fort Calhoun Station utilizes qty. (3) IR 8X18SE (Flowserve heritage) CCW pumps. The CCW pumps appeared to have been operated beyond their original manufacturer pump curves without proper justification and analysis. The testing was performed to determine exactly where the pumps were operating relative to the original head-capacity curve, at different system demands. • OEM Pump Data: • Make: Flowserve/Ingersoll-Rand • Model: 8X18 SE • Number Stages: 1 • Style: Horizontally split volute type • Driver: Motor [250 hp] • Design Head: 210 ft • Design Flow: 3425 gpm • Design Speed: 1750 rpm
