Questions for Lab Panelists • What factors made your lab decide to offer private label lenses and or coatings? • How do you position and price your private label products? • Are your private label products priced as “premium” or as conventional products? or • Do you offer private label products at a lower/economy price point? • What was your implementation strategy, did you release vendor-branded products first?

Questions for Lab Panelists, continued • How have your private label products been received by the ECP? • Have you experienced conflict or pushback from your branded vendors? • How do you market private label products alongside vendor- branded products? • Will you be offering more private label products in the future?

Questions for Lab Supplier Panelists • How many labs are offering private label products? • How many retailers and self-consuming entities are using private label products? • Is “private label” a growing sector of the marketplace and how fast is it growing annually? • Do you offer marketing support for your products?
