  2. Upon Log-in, view all reminders.Items in red are past-due.Use this for “internal messaging”

  3. Select Patient by Name, Med. Rec #, SS #, etc.Easily find your patient!

  4. ChartWare opens up to the Problems List,showing Allergies, Problems, Status, etc.This “patient overview” screen is typically what you want to see first.

  5. Click on the Meds tab to viewthe Prescription Log and all current MedsUsers often quickly run ADIP from here.

  6. A Drug Interactions Report can berun from anywhere within ChartWareA typical ADIP report. Uses “The Medical Letter”

  7. The ChartFile tab contains a complete recordof every patient encounter of every type!This is the equivalent of that whole wall of files!

  8. Electronically interface withLabs and Practice Management Systemsto minimize data entryInterfaces with Quest LabCore & others.

  9. Scan and attach any documents that originated outside your office; have all info in one place!This can be accomplished with Imaging or GFL (Generic File Link)

  10. To begin charting today’s visit, simply select Location, Visit Type and OutlineThree clicks, and you’re on your way!

  11. A typical Progress Notes Outline. User modifiable to meet your specific charting preferences. Standard SOAP format…you chart from left-to-right, top-to-bottom, the same way you write. Intuitive screen layout = ease of learning!

  12. Chart by selecting the appropriate category on the left, then add modifiers to expand your entry.Nothing is hidden…no “drop-down” menu’s to scroll through. Faster, easier -- and you see all your options at a glance!

  13. Quickly document “normal” findings or exceptionsUsers define their own text strings.

  14. Users can always add more detail to their entries via their preferred data-entry methodEasily add to or expand upon any entry.

  15. Previewing the Note will show that all entries have automatically been entered.

  16. Previously documented information, such as MEDS lists or Problems Lists, can be entered with one click!This makes the Note a lot more complete with very little input.

  17. All additional documentation of the visit is easily entered in a similar manner. The PROCESS of entering information is the same throughout the application.
