  3. Introduction under j2me training that has been proposed by ChristelleScharff, we had to make a small project to have a better vision of what is possible to do with this Technology. That’s why we chose to implement an application of officers for the executive committee of students.

  4. Project Content The purpose of this application is to facilitate voting for Executive committee of students. It can be cut into three parts: Voting module Administration module Deliberation module

  5. Project content: voting module This part allows the electors to carry out the vote. They can choose their candidate in a list and vote for them. the identifier of the candidate is sent to be processed by the deliberation’s module.

  6. Project content: administration module • This part allows the administrator to manage the application. Afterhis authentification he have three options: • Add a new candidate • Delete a candidate • Reset all the list of candidate

  7. Project Content: deliberation module this section summarizes all the votes to finally make the results of deliberation

  9. Conclusion through we had a better approach to technology j2me. we learned that the j2me is a technology news in this age or the development of our continent is going through a good use of information technologies and communication.
