  4. Document was prepared to bring together the City Commission and Planning and Zoning Boards policy direction, City Staff recommendations and public input Planning Department

  5. Board has reviewed the entire Code, Article by Article, line by line Planning Department

Summary of inconsistencies • 67 inconsistent public and private parcels were originally identified by staff • 24 public parcels and 43 private parcels • Intent was to “cure” all inconsistencies – public and private • After further review Staff recommended that only public parcels and scrivener’s errors be included • Comprise 18 publicly owned parcels and 1 scrivener’s mapping error Planning Department
