  17. Regional Players • ORANGE – primary belligerent • Armed Resistance Movement (ARM): terrorist faction operating within ORANGE with activity in GREEN and YELLOW • GREEN – main RIMPAC Nations ally in the region • YELLOW – neutral country with diplomatic and economic ties with both ORANGE and GREEN • PURPLE – explicitly neutral country in region with no alliances or overt ties to neighboring islands than geographic proximity • RIMPAC Nations

Means: Capitalize on its alliance with RIMPAC Nations to help dispel ARM from ROG and minimize KOO influence in the region. Expel ARM from its land and return ROG territory to GREEN citizens. End State: ORANGE aggression deterred and GREEN economic stability ensured. LOCATION OF HA/DR EVENT PEARL HARBOR PORT ARM

  21. Country of Purple (COP) • Expressly neutral country in region • No known alliances • Exports crude oil to GREEN • Imports gas, other by products from GREEN • Has a small military footprint • Geographically separated from the rest of the Coaster Islands • Separated from GREEN by GEMINI Strait • SHOAL waters located south of island OPLATS
