  9. Conclusion • Risk Assessment & Risk Mgt. Study • It is mandatory for all the mining units for RARM study as per IX Conference of Safety in Mines • All the mining units of IREL has already done it • Existing system of Tripartite meeting between DGMS, Unit and Unions exist in every unit for periodical review of hazard analysis, training, occupational health etc. of employees • All units of IREL are certified with ISO 14001 and in the process of obtaining IS 18001
