護眼操. 第一招. 用力眨眼睛 : 請先用力閉上你的眼睛,再把眼睛睜開睜、閉眼的動作重複做個五次左右就行了。. 第二招. 眼球向右看,保持數秒 再回到正中位置 眼球向左看,保持數秒 再回到正中位置 眼球向上看,保持數秒 再回到正中位置 眼球向下看,保持數秒 再回到正中位置  . 第三招. 看遠看近調節眼肌  選一個距離較近的景物,看個五秒鐘。再把視線調到距離較遠的景物,觀望約五秒鐘。兩個動作反覆做個幾次即可。 帶領學生練習幾次,提醒學生每天要做護眼操 5~10 次。.
