  21. Let me clarify this last thing…if you are describing a state of being that changes, use estar. For example, if you say you are tired, use estar, because tiredness is not a defining/permanent aspect of your personality.Soooo… Estar is used to express transitory qualities.

  22. Ser is used to express a FUNDAMENTAL quality. It expresses the essence of a person or thing, who or what it is.
