  1. High Speed Sailing Boats

  2. High Sailing Speed Boats A sailboat or sailing boat is a boat propelled partly or entirely by sails. The generic term covers a variety of boats, larger than small vessels such as sailboards and smaller than sailing ships, but distinctions in the size are not strictly defined and what constitutes a sailing ship, sailboat, or a smaller vessel (such as a sailboard) varies by region and maritime culture. At present, a great number of sailboat-types may be distinguished. Apart from size, sailboats may be distinguished by a hull configuration (monohull, catamaran, trimaran), keel type (full, fin, wing, centerboard etc.), purpose (sport, racing, cruising), number and configuration of masts, and sail plan. Although sailboat terminology has varied across history, many terms now have specific meanings in the context of modern yachting. 3. Foiling Kiteboard

  4. Professional Foiling Kiteboards Kiteboarding is a surface water sport which includes the aspects of windsurfing, paragliding, surfing, wakeboarding, and paragliding, into one extreme sport. A kiteboarder harnesses the power of the wind with a large controllable power kite to be propelled across the water on a kiteboard similar to a wakeboard or a small surfboard, with or without foot-straps or bindings. The “Kiteboarding” is also known as “kitesurfing” or “Landboarding” or “kite snowboarding”. The different styles of kiteboarding mainly include freestyle, free ride, down winders, course racing, wake style, jumping and wave-riding. In 2012, the number of kite surfers has been estimated by the ISAF and IKA at 1.5 million persons worldwide. The global market is worth US$250 million. Starting in 1999, kitesurfing became a mainstream sport with the entry of key windsurfing manufacturers namely Naish and Neil Pryde. Single direction boards derived from windsurfing and surfing designs became the dominant form of kiteboard. From 2001 onwards, twin-tip bi-directional boards became more popular for most flat water riders, with directional boards still in use for surf conditions. 5. New Sailing Speed Record

  6. New Speed Sailing Records We all want to see Kite boarders take a new speed sailing record. We all know it's possible but we also know it’s going to take technology and development of our equipment. For me I am looking to take all of the technology we use in Grand Prix sailing and trickle it down to speed sailing and kite boarding. In the past I have reaped some serious benefits with my bar and line development and this year I am hoping to take it a bit further. But as always that takes a few all mighty dollars. I have been fortunate enough to raise about 35% of my proposed operating budget for the NASSC and I am hoping to raise the remaining budget in the next 50 days. With that said please contact me if you are interested in coming on as a partner or if you know someone who might be interested. With the right team a new speed sailing record could be right around the corner. To read more, click here - new sailing speed record
