  5. Campus District’s diversity • South: Historically distressed residential • Mid: CSU and new development • North: Under-developed industrial land • West: Playhouse Square and Downtown • East: Health Tech Corridor

  6. Cedar-Central Neighborhood • Southern section of Campus District • Proud African-American community • Largest concentration of public housing • Resurgence in recent years: • Home of Mayor Frank Jackson • Sisters of Charity Promise Neighborhood work • Burton Bell Carr Development, Inc.
