  1. ANTERIORES PATRONOS DOS JOGOS FLORAIS DA ALMA ALENTEJANA 2001 BENTO DE JESUS CARAÇA (Vila Viçosa, 1901 – 1948) Foi um matemático português, resistente antifascista e militante do PCP. Licenciou-se em 1923, no Instituto Superior de Ciências Económicas e Financeiras (actual ISEG). 2005 VITORINO SALOMÉ (Redondo, 1942) Cantor. A sua música combina o folclore tradicional do Alentejo e o estilo urbano e popular da sua voz, tendo já gravados diversos CD’s. Acompanhou Adriano e Zeca Afonso. 2002 GALOPIM DE CARVALHO (Évora, 1931) Licenciado em Ciências Geológicas pela Universidade de Lisboa (1959) e doutorado em Geologia (1969). Foi carpinteiro, caixeiro, ferrador, vendedor e paleontólogo, pelo qual é mundialmente reconhecido. 2006 ANTÓNIO CHAINHO (Santiago do Cacém, 1938) Guitarrista e compositor português. Reconhecido internacionalmente, é considerado um Embaixador da guitarra portuguesa. 2003 URBANO TAVARES RODRIGUES (Lisboa, 1923) Escritor. Licenciou-se em Filologia Românica na Universidade de Lisboa, doutorando-se em 1984 com uma tese sobre o escritor Manuel Teixeira Gomes. Passou parte da infância em Moura. 2007 EUNICE MUNOZ (Amareleja, 1928) Actriz portuguesa de referência do teatro, televisão e cinema. Considerada uma das melhores actrizes portuguesas de todos os tempos. 2004 FRANCISCO MOITA FLORES (Moura, 1953) Escritor, Investigador, Autarca, comentador político e Investigador criminal. Licenciado em História pela Universidade de Coimbra. 2008 KALIDAS BARRETO (Castanheira de Pêra, 1932) Sindicalista Têxtil. Fundador da CGTP. Lutador antifascista, tem como ideal lutar pela liberdade. O 25 de Abril fê-lo sentir “que tudo valeu a pena”.
