  2. LSP Board (governance body) Sets overall strategic direction of the partnership. Takes overall decisions on strategic priorities (set out in the SCS). Provides leadership to the wider partnership. Task LSP Executive with delivering against strategic priorities. Hold LSP Executive to account for delivery. LSP Executive (delivery lead) Leads on driving delivery against the strategic priorities, taking decisions at an operational level. Develops an action plan to deliver priorities in the Sustainable Community Strategy. Identifies time-limited tasks to deliver the SCS action plan and commissions (Task & Finish or standing) groups to deliver these tasks. Holds task & finish groups and standing groups to account to delivering against specific tasks. Reports to LSP Board on progress against action plan. Task and Finish / Standing groups Deliver specific tasks set by the LSP Executive. Reports to LSP Executive on progress against these tasks.
