Involvement of CSTB in PERFORMER • WP1 (Lead) - Global framework and methodologies for energy performance characterisation, measurement and assessment (19 pm) • T1.1 (Lead) - Definition of a global framework for performance assessment • T1.2 (Lead) - Methodologies for in-situ assessment of intrinsic performance of building envelops • T1.4 (Lead) - Methodologies for energy management, fault detection and diagnosis • WP2 – Holistic Assessment Framework for Energy Performance (16 pm) • T2.4 (Lead) - Energy Performance Management • WP3 – Pilot Data Gathering and Information Model Instantiation (2 pm) • WP4 – Demonstrators (3 pm) • T4.1 (Lead) – Establish a common understanding among building pilots • WP5 – Assessment and Replication (4 pm) • WP6 – Dissemination & Exploitation (6 pm) • Technical Coordinator

Expected outcomes • Generic methods & tools to characterize, monitor, follow-up and assess the performance of buildings from the design to the operation • Understand & analyse the gaps between planned performance (design) and in situ performance (operation) • Affordable and reliable toolkit to monitor the performance in use • Validate the approach through real pilots for replication
